Double Whammy

Nice to see the guys in our military using the old noggin. Not only could we defeat our enemies in battle, we could condem them to an eternity of suffering once we killed them (according to the enlightened views of our Commander in Cheif).

One wonders why such a rediculous proposition ever made it from the white board to documents that could be requested via the Freedom of Information Act.
